Each session is delivered in 30 minutes or one hour sessions. Your personal trainer will be with you at all times (one on one) directing you through every exercise to keep you safe and performing at the appropriate level for you. Your program is designed specifically for you and revised regularly to offer you appropriate challenges in order to gain the results you want.

Semi Private Training

Our fitness expertise has allowed us to design a one-of-a-kind affordable semi private training program that allows you to achieve the best results possible. Working with others can not only be a fun way to workout, but it can also increase morale and encourage you to push yourself further in order to achieve results in the fastest way possible.....

We understand that you might feel nervous about training with others but our highly-experienced  trainers will put you at ease with their professionalism and care. The only thing that differs with our semi private training is that you will be working with others (perhaps a friend, partner, wife or husband or someone who will become a new friend) who share your goals and want to get results just as much as you do and the cost is reflected 

We take special care of our clients and make sure their needs are met during their semi private training sessions. Nobody gets left behind or unattended.
